Foonix was started as a simple one man company. Gradually evolved into a team of technocrats who love solving complex problems, satisfying the technical needs of customers. Since February 29 2012, from being an individual or after becoming a team the objective of the brand is retained to its best. Every product we’ve released was conceived from the practical, real-world needs we see every day in our audience. But our mission has never changed: We’re here to Connect, Organize, Modernize & Automate the world you love in, that helps you reach your business goals.
We are creating a system where employee focus on passion, creativity & health.
Foonix’s culture is flexible (employees are encouraged to work when they like and how they like), fun (offices have nap pods, video games and darts) and founded on trust. Collaboration is key – so much so that employees are encouraged to coach each other. This includes key business skills such as public speaking, management and orientation as well as extra-curricular activities like swimming.
Building a sense of community is one of the first steps to creating a more positive company culture. Micro-kitchens dotted around are one way the company helps to bring people together. Break-out spaces give people a spot to grab lunch. This not only builds community, but also drives efficiency (employees don’t leave the building or spend time deciding which café to go to) and creates more opportunity for innovation. Conversations in the breakout zones are usually about work – products, users and new ideas.
